Dr Sid recently showed off his Cosmo graph daytona "Rolex Oyster perpetual" gold watch which cost about N6 million.
The artist who made a big come back with his "Surulere" hit was spotted while shooting a commercial and flashing his timepiece.
The musical prodigy, who is a qualified dentist , is signed up to Mavin records and has various multimillion naira endorsements under his belt.He is one of the artists to have benefited from the recent evolution of the Nigerian music industry. Dr Sid started his journey into the mainstream as a choreographer for Trybesmen.
He got his opportunity when he was made a member of the group Da Tribe and made the song OYA alongside Timi, Del,Sasha, 2 shot and Trybemen. He recorded a few hits and moved to the UK with the likes of JJC,419 squad, Dbanj, Felix Duke , Kas R70. In 2009 Sid recorded his first album as a solo artist under Mo Hits records with Don Jazzy as the producer.In 2010, Mo Hit released his album turning point with "over the moon" making number 1 on the Nigerian top 10. Following the break up of the group, Dr Sid signed up with Don Jazzy's Mavin records and has risen to super stardom ever since.He is married to Simi, and recently had a baby girl.
