'Significant Possibility' ISIS Downed Egypt Jet

Claims an IS affiliate brought down a Russian plane with an explosive device are being looked into, the Foreign Secretary says.

Last night, Downing Street said the jet "may well have been brought down by an explosive device", killing all 224 people on board.
Speaking to Eamonn Holmes, the Foreign Secretary said emergency measures to repatriate British tourists stranded in Sharm el Sheikh should be in place from tomorrow.
Nineteen flights that were due to leave UK airports for Sharm el-Sheikh today have been cancelled - causing a knock-on effect for thousands of tourists who are scheduled to fly back home.
However, Mr Hammond stressed there is no need for Britons currently in the Egyptian resort to cut short their holidays, as the threat rating for the Sharm area remains unchanged.Mr Hammond has warned it could take weeks or months before flights between the UK and Sharm return to normal - but it is hoped normal services will resume ahead of the Christmas rush.
The Prime Minister is set to chair another meeting of COBRA this morning to discuss the situation, with up to 20,000 Britons currently stranded in Sharm el Sheikh.

Mr Cameron will also be meeting Egypt's president, Abdel Fattah el Sisi, later today - as he is in London for a pre-planned visit.
Egyptian officials investigating black boxes have said sand at the crash site is being examined to try and determine if a bomb was involved - yet the country has dismissed a similar claim that Islamic State was responsible.
