Equities depreciate by 0.01%


The Nigerian Stock Exchange All Share Index (NSE ASI) and the Market Capitalization depreciated by 0.01%, at today's trading with the All Share Index closing at 29,030.97 points against the previous close of 29,032.44 points while Market Capitalization closed at N9,979.67 trillion against previous close of N9,977.85 trillion.

With this performance, the Year-to-Date return stood at -16.23%.

The NSE 30 Index increase by 0.05 per cent from 1,314.04 basis points to 1,314.73 basis points.

The NSE Banking Index depreciates by 0.14 per cent from 306.17 points to 305.74 basis points.

Volume traded increased by 62.56% from 181,606,881.00 million to 295,225,557.00 million, while the total value of stock traded increased by 146.68% from ₦2,055 to ₦5,070 billion in 3,804.00 deals with 19 stocks rising, while 25 others are declining.

OANDO Plc. rose by 5.44 per cent or N0.38 to close at N7.36 per share.

OANDO, GUINNESS, INTBREW, VONO and ETERNA emerged the highest price gainers on the chart, while UNILEVER, UAC-PROP, DANGFLOUR, CAVERTON, and FIDSON topped the losers chart.
