The 18-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to Instagram on Thursday to share a heartwarming pic with Khloé Kardashian's ex, who remains in a coma after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel on Tuesday following an apparent drug overdose.
"Let's dance again together soon. Prayers up for Lamar please," Jenner captioned a black and white image with Odom on the photo-sharing site.
This is the first time the E! star has spoken out since Odom's hospitalization. Kylie, along with her sister Kourtney Kardashian, arrived in Las Vegas on Wednesday and were photographed at Sunrise Hospital, where the former professional athlete is currently being treated.
